Premium Build With a Playful Identity
The ZA12 zinc-alloy shells feel solid, while genuine carbon-fiber faceplates give MY LIN a premium appearance without making it overly flashy. The character-themed presentation adds acrylic standees, stickers, and Lin accessories alongside the essentials.
Comfort is another highlight. The compact, ergonomic shells sit naturally in the ears, while the pneumatic pressure-relief vent reduces pressure during longer sessions. At 17Ω impedance and 111dB sensitivity, MY LIN is also easy to drive from smartphones, though Requiem Review found that portable sources can improve dynamics, imaging, and control.

The pneumatic nozzle system produces noticeable differences. Charm Red is Requiem Review’s preferred configuration, balancing warmth, bass impact, vocal presence, and treble energy across genres.
Midnight Black adds greater low-frequency weight and rumble, while Crystal Clear increases sparkle, air, and upper-frequency presence. This gives listeners ways to adjust MY LIN without changing its overall character.
Bass With Slam and Discipline
Bass combines warmth with control. Sub-bass reaches deep with satisfying rumble, while mid-bass provides slam and physical impact. Kick drums land with authority and bass guitars retain realistic texture.
What stands out is how well the low end behaves. Despite its weight, bass rarely spills into the lower mids, leaving vocals clean and instruments clearly separated.
Rich Vocals and Refined Treble
The midrange is Requiem Review’s favorite part of the tuning. Vocals sit slightly forward, with male voices receiving thickness, richness, and chest resonance. Female vocals remain smooth and detailed without becoming aggressive.
Treble brings enough sparkle to keep music lively while avoiding obvious harshness. Hi-hats remain crisp, cymbals decay naturally, and the presentation stays comfortable over extended sessions.
